What should a new patient know about working with you?

Working with me means having a provider who values honesty, collaboration, and real-world solutions. I bring a practical, down-to-earth approach to care—no judgment, no fluff—just evidence-based support tailored to your goals.

We’ll move at your pace, but I’ll challenge you when it counts. My job is to help you understand what’s going on, figure out what works, and feel like you’re not doing this alone.

What is your typical process for working with patients?

My process is structured but personalized. We start with a thorough initial evaluation to understand your history, concerns, and goals.

From there, we develop a treatment plan together—this might include medication, therapy referrals, or lifestyle strategies. I check in regularly, adjust as needed, and make sure you always feel heard and involved.

My goal is to create a steady, supportive path forward that feels manageable and meaningful to you.
